This is the best workout group I have ever been in.all the lady are so sweet and the coach she the best.You don’t have to be on a strict eating diet so it make is easy to cook for your whole family, you don’t need to go to the gym and the workout is only 10- 20 minutes long.the workouts are challenging but I’m so happy I joined this 21 day Challenge!!
Coach Riona is amazing! The 21 day program has workouts that I can fit into my busy schedule as a wife and a mother. Workouts are challenging but I was able to pull through. She is helping me better myself and stay healthy. Coach Riona is always available to answer questions from the participants and honestly, that’s what made me continue this program. With most workout challenges, you almost never see the trainer live. She makes sure that is a priority daily. I would recommend folks who are still deciding to do this program, just go ahead and try her out. You will not regret it.
Honestly, I’m on day 3 and the workouts have been challenging BUT the tribe of women in our group challenge are literally so motivating. The coaches check in daily , are always open to questions and motivate us to keep going as well. The meal plan in realistic and I’m hoping to get my protein/vitamin bundle in soon to replace some higher calorie meals. Overall, I’m praying we all can stick with this 21 day challenge and see changes !
This program is the TRUTH! I’ve tried many things to lose weight but I can tell I’m going to stick with this! The ladies is the group are sooo supportive & it feels good to be held accountable. The app is so easy to use & follow along with and the workouts, WHEW! I sweat my a** off every time and I can feel the work I did right away so I know I’m actually working my body out. The daily plan & meal plan are laid out so nicely it’s hard NOT to follow along! Being that I’m home with my kids, there was always a reason why I couldn’t make it to the gym.. but this is so convenient & can be done right at home at any time of the day with NO equipment necessary. I love this and can’t wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the challenge❣️❣️
I am only on day 4 of this challenge, but I have noticed that it is very do-able for a mother like me; I am a single mother of 2 children. I work from home and I am always busy, but I find that getting the work out in early in the morning is perfect for me.
The owner, Coach Riona, is a joy of fresh air! She checks on the group regularly through FB (posts and lives) and through her training app; so, it actually feels like you have a one on one coach. She is deeply concerned about not only focusing on the physical well being, but most importantly the mental well being of us mommies.
The group is filled with very positive and inspiring mothers ( biologically or not) who support one another.
If you are thinking of joining one of her challenges- just do it. I promise you will not regret it.
